The Pan American Society for Pigment Cell Research (PASPCR) held its annual meeting in New York City this year. The Van Raamsdonk lab had an amazing time listening to talks about pigment cells, melanoma, vitiligo, melasma, and many other topics! A special event was a dinner cruise that traveled from a dock in Queens to the Statue of Liberty and back. The cruise was on September 11 and we could see the giant twin lights shining from the World Trade Center complex. So much fun hanging out together too! Looking forward to next year’s meeting in Tampa Florida!
